High risk of regression. I've had some issues with newer Npgsql before, with it being opinionated about DateTime.Kind and time zones and such (whereas I personally tend to handle those manually, having been bitten by time zone bugs too many times to count, so I don't want libraries or my database doing opaque time zone conversions I am not aware of). So I think the main thing is to ensure DateTime values passed into database calls always have Kind set to DateTimeKind.Unspecified, but I just don't wanna have to worry about that in a gajillion places right now. So probably going to postpone this update, likely until I upgrade to .NET 8.

Looks like Npgsql is up-to-date now, so this is no longer needed.
