[ ] Business Logic - check to see if Time Activity is associated to an Invoice before executing the deletion
[ ] API / View Models - be able to tell if a Time Activity is associated to an invoice
- Might just be a simple Boolean flag, or might contain some metadata about the associated Invoice
[ ] UI - disable Delete Button if Time Activity is associated to an Invoice
