KGPE-D16 -> KCMA-D8 #100

Dasharo is developing new boot firmware for the KGPE-D16.

The KCMA-D8 is a very similar machine and I'm suggesting that, once the KGPE-D16 is stable with Dasharo, to make some efforts porting it to the KCMA-D8 as well.

AFAIK when Raptor Engineering was tasked to port the KGPE-D16 to coreboot, the KCMA-D8 port more or less happened on the side. While Raptor Engineering might not be able to provide hands-on time given their focus on openPOWER, it is probably safe to assume that they should be able to provide some quick insight that may help.

@handmeatowel first problem to solve is lack of hardware in 3mdeb lab to even start thingking about this support. Second is way of sponsoring development. If we can solve those problems there is no issue with enabling support for KCMA-D8.
