Enable OSFV for Dasharo (coreboot+SeaBIOS) on PC Engines

This is quite an extensive task, which for now consists of:
[ ] creating SeaBIOS library in OSFV and self-tests for it
[ ] releasing Dasharo (coreboot+SeaBIOS) with sortbootorder, memtest, and iPXE secondary payloads for QEMU Q35
[ ] sortbootorder currently does not support QEMU pflash driver, which makes it crash while running in QEMU
[ ] release sortbootorder 24.08.00.01
[ ] rewrite/migrate tests reported in old
regression test results
around 151 tests depending on configuration
This is quite an extensive task, which for now consists of:
