How to reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Expected behavior CPU fan RPM should be much less than 1000RPM with Noctua cooling
Actual behavior FAn RPM is constantly over 1000RPM on with Noctua cooling. On MSI firmware it sometimes shows 0 RPM, then one has to apply some load on CPU e.g. with stress-ng, then it starts showing ~500 RPM when temperature is lows and close to CPU idling.
