also occurs on 4650.

Tested two monitors:

  1. Dell U2413f does not work.
  2. Dell P2412Hb works.

The difference between those two is the preferred resolution:

  1. Dell U2413f 1920x1200 (16:10)
  2. Dell P2412Hb 1920x1080 (16:9)

I think Intel GOP driver doesn't like 16:10 aspect ratio.
