1 month ago The audio controller is present and functional. DSP is an accelerator for signal processing, not the audio controller itself. have you tested it with a HDMI monitor with speakers? Windows won't show you any volume control possibility without an output device.

Solutions you've tried
I tried installing realtek generic audio drivers and trying to add them manually to unidentified devices in the Device Manager. Also tried to use drivers provided in chipset package. No success.
