Repo has no webhook, show message for each repo

I think now, if the repo has no webhook a message is displayed at the top of the project.

• Add name of repo to the display message

Is this message shown per repo? For example if there are 2 repos in the project and both of them do not have web hooks, are 2 messages displayed?

• Display an alert message for each repo that has no webhook
