Add vue-tsc back to build command #26

In the current dev build 0741d95a3eb4c9057fe5a56528864b09ebf4e4f7, vue-tsc has been temporarily removed because the TypeScript compiler appears to be raising nonsensical bugs.

This should be debugged before merging to main.
