Trash collection dates now have times? #375

In the garbage module now all collecting dates have times. This is very unusual for these kind of dates. Before the merge #356 the garbage module displays the dates correct. I think the changes in the garbage.js are not right from this merge.

The issue is still open. The time makes no sense here. image
