Feature: flash on change #432

By setting the 'flash' parameter for a block the block will flash on change. The value of the 'flash' parameter determines the flash duration.

Added option to screen settings menu to set your own flash color en_US.json.txt main.js.txt nl_NL.json.txt settings.js.txt
