Create additional "special note" types #23

@robwhite4 I cannot remember which we said we wanted to add. I also cannot seem to find my notes, so, do you recall which additional types of "special notes" we wanted to add?

I believe those were all of them. I've also seen 'Info:' used elsewhere.
