Add default favicon content/logic #41

Currently there is no (easy or nice) way to use a favicon when creating documentation using this plugin. We should find an acceptable way to allow a user to easily apply favicons that range in complexity from simply dropping a favicon.ico file in the directory somewhere to overwrite some default, to being able to include everything created by https://realfavicongenerator.net/ for his / her project.

(I write this for reference later)

I need to figure out solutions to be able to:

  1. Create an apply a default favicon and / or a complete set of favicons.
  2. Give the user an easy way to replace the default (for the project).
  3. Give the user an easy path to including favicons for 100% of the things (win10, iphone, etc...)
  4. Give the user white-matter support for per page favicons. (<-- maybe not)

I'll write more once I get a better understanding of potential solutions.
