MAINT: numpy 2.0 support #220

f90wrap released version 0.2.15 yesterday. It is now possible to build smash under numpy 2.0 (which remains compatible with numpy 1.x versions for run time). Lower bound have been added on numpy for the build part and also on f90wrap for build and run time.

@nghi-truyen Une fois ce PR fait. Je m'occupe de merge ce qui est en cours sur v1.0.x puis je fais une release
