Track current points #12

This adds a handful of features:

Track current points during a game through varbits
Show a 'projected' tally of points(awarded + current) in the overlay
Highlight potential points based on equality
Allow reward points to 'initialized' by right click -> checking the rewards guardian

With these added features the config page got a bit cluttered so this also adds config sections.
