Notification for altar opening timer

Can there be an option to enable a notification 10 seconds prior to when the first altar opens? currently, you can use cha notifications. but that would only trigger a notification exactly when they open, not prior to them opening. essentially, I want to be able to stand outside and wait for the altar to open.

Also, when doing gotr traditionally, I would like to be able to stop mining exactly when that timer hits 23 seconds for good timing. a notification would be very helpful for this
