Added alpha to color selectors in GuardiansOfTheRiftHelperConfig #56

Added alpha to the color selectors. Tested in-game and found no new issues caused by the change. Added a config function for changing the color of essence pile outlines, shown when the plugin recommends building a guardian. With that, all outline colors should now be modifiable.
