Sorry it is working.
I was wrong, it's still not working.
Hey, from what I can gather it adds the download to offcloud at least, so I assume that it doesn't download the file once it has completed downloading on offcloud? If that's the issue, could you post the logs so that I can check what actually happened? If it isn't the issue, could you explain the issue in greater detail so I can understand what's going on?
Sure, the links show up in Offcloud, but nothing happens after that. I'll get another file to download and report back.
Ok, so, I grabbed another one for a test. Offcloud picks it up from the folder: So I wait. 25 minutes later, I check the log: Failed? Why? I drop the torrent into rutorrent, it automatically starts downloading it:
Thanks so much for your response, can you send this torrent to me? What kind of account do you have on offcloud? Could you also try uploading that torrent to offcloud via their website to see how offcloud reacts then?
Offcloud remained with that same screen in the screenshot, stating that it was downloading.
Requested file attached in zip, since GitHub doesn't support .torrent as an attachment.

I only have the free account since I just spun up the docker in unRAID. I haven't successfully downloaded a file yet, so I should still have 3. Thanks!
This download should work but it's stuck for me too and I have a paid account. This problem is on offcloud's side, there is nothing I can do to fix it. I did email their support about this and will let you know what they say if they respond.
I have the docker running with my API key from Offcloud. I have the folder set to monitor and to download to but nothing happens. In Offcloud, it just shows them downloading with no status update. It's been sitting like this for 30 minutes. I can download those files immidiately with rutorrent. Is there something else that needs to be configured?
