Remove "Use Cases" from Use Case/Alerts view

We've decided to move towards just predictions and alerts, which means updating the blob as well as the view itself. This includes:

[x] Predictions -> "Modeling Objectives"
[x] Removing use case selector, maintaining prediction (i.e. modeling objective) selector
[x] Change title to "Objectives/Alerts"
