Fix DLprediction #56

Gregor von Laszewski 7:06 AM DLPrediction had some issues. Lets look in Geoffreys modified code, he made some changes regarding that function yesterday. I assume its v29 we can likely see from timestamp

I'm attempting a run with the Outputs directory in the data folder created prior to the execution. This'll tell us if it's just a matter of adding some os.makedirs() calls in the method. It appears that the graphic rendered properly on the run, but it was the savefig call that threw the errors.
