Update SBatch for handling important os environment variables

We need to update sbatch it so that we list the variables we are concerned about, not just all OS variables (or at least meaningful ones). Include:

• home
• pwd
• ld_library_path
• path?
• pwd
• shell
• USER
• USERNAME
• VIRTUAL_ENV
