Establish Apache airflow #5

  1. Added airflow services to AWS EC2 which is i-0b45164d0149fc469 (DATA472-jhs348-groupcollection-serverl).
  2. Added environment which is RDS connstring to system env file.
  3. Added system service to it.
  4. Tested example dag task.
