Unified Field names and formats

@aemooooon Hua.. Could you please ensure common fields in all datasets follow a common field name and format? Example : Date, Date of entry, Observed Date etc and follow our agreed format YYYY-MM-DD Another example is the is the longitude and latitude fields.

@swathypt, I have already normalised some fields, like latitude and longitude. If you have further requirements, please create an issue and put the dataset name or filed name. Thanks. You can also upload pictures, and screenshot to here.
