can we think of closed form solution (e.g. beta, binomial update?) + HOW TO KEEP IS SIMPLE??
how to set N (number of data (customers giving feedback))
how should y_min, y_max adjusted?

is "now" the right time to consider migrating architecture? (perhaps bottleneck may be customer side (rather than tech side)
if I were to migrate, where I can start migration (to avoid over-spec)
