value chain of Vikash/Andrew - Charlie - Scott - Jinhua

concept of "best signal for startups is not customer but cofounder" (passed Scott test)

e.g. reason Charlie is more generous than jinhua on my product delivery is because charlie is able to observe angie's production capability or potential whereas jinhua only had the chance to see angie's product, not producer

after meeting with jinhua i asked to charlie on scott and jinhua's position on value chain and charlie answered scott is closer to producer than jinhua
