To start flask locally:

# Install python3, ideally with Anaconda.  Tested on Py3.6.
conda install flask numpy matplotlib wtforms pandas pymongo
pip install tdlextract boto3 newspaper3k unidecode

I used gmplot from pip. It's only used for this page http://areyoufakenews.com/heatmap
