Python script to navigate the Merck professional site. This parses the landing page with the table for the xref between generic and brand name drugs

@TBusen Loving your work -- but on the fence as to whether we should include it in the repo since Merck poo-poo'ed us scraping their data. Is it okay with you if we decline and close? I'm honestly not sure what to do here, so if anyone has opinions please jump in.
