removed extra schema.sql files, removed SQLArticleInterface #133

I think the merge of the interpreter branch introduced some extra .sql files. I've consolidated the changes in localdb/schema.sql and removed the extraneous ones. The one in localdb will be used to initialize the database when the DB container is first set up, removing the need for the init_db function that was formerly in model.py.
