Color coding of data entries #23

Shall be as per this spec: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1CB30kq4zW-mrhMN9FcwW6QZ8Ao10taV2Td9uo-Uunio/edit?usp=sharing (page 7)

Changes needed:

  1. When the admin adds a patient, it shall appear as a location item similar to other existing single infection.
  2. All aggregated color coding shall follow the spec.
