Ending up at a blank black screen when I open it up right now.

I can see my localstorage has the tour/artwork info, but it won't use it.

We need to make it (a) use LS data and (b) fail more gracefully.

It will now load to a black screen + ng-notify without internet, but no failure message when there is no internet.
