When using radio selection, the up and down arrow keys will change which button is selected unless the enter key is pressed. This could mess up users who automatically try to scroll with arrow keys and don't notice that their choice has been changed. Pressing the enter key does lock in the choice and the user can use the arrow keys then scroll normally. This happens in Chrome, IE and Firefox but not Safari.
