Problem with selecting the date in Safari ! #118

Even After I select a date, it doesn't appear in the selection box

But the form gets submitted and the date is shown in the PDF

Unable to reproduce on safari for OS X 10.8.5 and Yosemite.

Please specify form URL and OS version.
