Fixed BC2_WL data not aggregating after renaming of TAP01 and TAP02 flags. #43

I deleted the datapoint after changing the name forgetting that sometimes the new name will be the exact same as the old name. This fixes that and only deletes the flag if and only if the name is different. Dumb mistake, but fixed.
