outgoing's directory path is now flexible. Also, a couple of stability if statements were added. #54

This puts a new folder under /hnet/ with whatever you define outgoingDir to be
i.e. if outgoingDir=outgoing
the outgoing dir would be: /hnet/outgoing/...
