Data Explorer catalog version display on pages #3973

AnVIL is requesting that we implement a feature that includes a reference to which collection of datasets are in the currently displayed Data Explorer and the date of indexing.

This is to be used to help the support teams quickly identify the state of the datasets in the Data Explorer.

The format that has been suggested is: <catalog_id>-<index_date>

An example: anvil5-2024-03-05

The actual date used to identify the time frame of the indexing is up to the Data Explorer team.

I'm filing this against the data-browser since it will be required to display the information. It is acknowledged that modifications may need to be made to Azul to support this. Please file the appropriate Azul tickets.
