Blank page displayed accessing Data Explorer behind zscalar gateway

Have an end-user who is trying to access Data Explorer and only sees a blank page.

His organization uses the Zscalar gateway, which appears to be causing problems. In the Chrome Console, we can see error messages:

Access to XMLHttpRequest at 'https://gateway.zscalar.net/auD?origurl=<DE-URL-to-/api/facets> (redirected from /api/facets' ) from origin '' has been blocked by CORS policy: Response to preflight request doesn't pass access control check: Redirect is not allowed for a preflight request

Error: Request has been terminated Possible causes: the network is offline, Origin is not allowed by Access-Control-Allow-Origin, the page is being unloaded, etc.

I'm unsure if its the same issue, but I notice I also get CORS errors on amp-pd-data-explorer and nhs-explorer

This error doesn't appear on test-data-explorer.
