Switch order of search results #300

If I search for "glucose":

  1. First results are facet values with "glucose", eg BigQuery column value of "My doctor prescribed me medicine for controlling glucose".
  2. Then we show facet column description wtih "glucose", eg a column contains lab results for glucose

For large datasets, 1) tends to be noisy. So show 2) first instead.
