Extract retina atlas changes back into their own PR #2480

The retina atlas has been approved and updated in CELLxGENE. We should be able to release it after one final review!

Please move the retina information to its own PR and I will deploy this branch to dev for approval.

(the organoid atlases may need more time to complete QC of the CELLxGENE collection so those will come later, separately)
