Implement CRUD endpoint actions for Auth0 Authorize class #123

Implement CRUD endpoint actions (auth checks) for the Auth0 Authorize class.

Also contribute some fixups/reorganization of Authorize class and its subclasses.

This is necessary to add Auth0 auth layer to the data store.
