[EASY] DSS Auth: Fix OIDC audience in JWT tests #137

Fixes the value of the OIDC audience used in mock.patch calls in tests/test_utils.py

Yea, but that opens the can of worms of removing all the humancellatlas.org references in tests.

I proposed/made these changes because I thought these tests were breaking, but I don't think they actually were.
