Continuing on our quest to fix integration tests, this PR:

fixes an error code from 500 to 401, to indicate the invalid parameter is an Unauthorized exception and not an internal server error
disables group tests for Auth0 in the auth test mixin tests/infra/auth_tests_mixin.py since Auth0 is not using the group-based checks for every endpoint that might be tested with this mixin
