This closes issue #47.

This PR changes the following:

Change the behavior of PUT /dataobjects/{data_object_id} from replace aliases to replace all fields given.
Add a test demonstrating functionality of the above.
Fix a bug where the timestamp field in Azul objects would not be properly converted when converting to a data object.
