Support for Genomics Pipeline v2beta #182

Hi dsub team! My team and I are avid users of your product. We recently had an issue with Google, and the support agent was quite insistent that we should update the the new v2beta version of the Genomics Pipeline API. We have been checking master to see if there are any related changes happening, but we haven't seen anything yet. Since there doesn't seem to be a related open issue, I thought I would open one.

The changes to the API seem (to me) to be quite minimal, but the big advantage for users is enhanced client support from Google's support engineers if any difficulties arise in the use of the software.

Thanks for the request. We have begun work on a provider for v2beta. Can't give a timeline yet, but it is in the works.

Hi @sconstable ,

dsub 0.3.7 was released which includes v2beta as an experimental provider. Please give it a try by using --provider google-cls-v2
