I made a couple of corrections not related to SingleCell; they're spelled out in the tickets referenced. But BioSampleDissociation is about separating single cells from a BioSample.

Changes look good to me. Were all the additions to the Data Model related to Single Cell? I saw "SingleCellAssignment" added but I was wondering about some of the other additions like "BioSampleDissociation".
