Allow operators to configure more Kubernetes clusters to deploy pipelines into.

For multi-region or multi-tenancy setups, customers have different Kubernetes clusters. An operator wants to have the ability to configure other Kubernetes clusters while keeping the DataCater installation in a single cluster.

The configures Kubernetes clusters are then selectable at deployment time for a DataCater pipeline.
