UI/UX improvements for the pipeline designer

This PR introduces a couple of improvements to the UI/UX of our pipeline designer.

The major changes are:

• We show the debug view in the context bar instead of a modal:
• We allow to delete pipeline steps without drag-and-drop, a feature that was very hard to discover for new users
• We move preview-related settings to the context bar:

Please describe the regex' and what these are supposed to catch and what they definitely should not match.

* Move code with side effects to componentDidMount, and set initial state in the constructor.
* Rename componentWillMount to UNSAFE_componentWillMount to suppress this warning in non-strict mode. In React 17.x, only the UNSAFE_ name will work. To rename all deprecated lifecycles to their new names, you can run `npx react-codemod rename-unsafe-lifecycles` in your project source folder.

I added comments as documentation of the regular expressions - makes a lot of sense.

Unfortunately, we cannot easily get rid of the JS warnings. I suggest to deal with them in the upcoming upgrade to a more recent React version.
