This PR is for the implementation of the Deployment Endpoint, which is to be used for creating Kubernetes Deployments of our Datacater/pipeline image

@flippingbits @HknLof The PR is now ready for a review. What are your thoughts about returning k8 resources? Allowed or should i make a wrapper for MetaData
