Interaction with the CLI was simplified in 7ba8fe9..00e641ef (inclusive). The package name and output directory are no longer required, and may be derived from the URL of the registration (i.e. based on the GUID of the Registration or Project). Output packages are simply tar files, and the package's filename was corrected to reflect that.
