Registrations may have alternate identifiers, minted by external services. For example, after a Registration has been created, an administrator for that Registration may request a DOI or an ARK be minted for the Registration.
After the DOI and/or ARK has been minted, it will be displayed on the Registration's HTML page, and be serialized in the JSON representation of the Registration.
If a Registration has alternate identifiers, they should be captured in the generated package.
