Allow a user to download data via an API.

SWR will not store data, so we're depending on any api's offered by remote partners.

In theory SWR can introduce a proxy to the remote source and respond in any flavour. However there are some serious security/legal issues to that approach

An interesting option here is the client side GDAL. The library would transform the data clientside to the required format
